Home By TOUCH is a home-fragrance and gifting business based in Kendall, Miami. Our collection includes scented candles, reed diffusers, fragrance oils, smart and HVAC scent diffusers, and candle warmer lamps. We help customers choose scents for their homes, businesses, gifts and special occasions, with online shopping, local pickup and eligible local delivery options.
Our day-to-day work combines thoughtful product presentation, careful order preparation and personal customer service. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping products, supplier communication and the details behind every order organized.

Employment, schedule & location
W-2 employment with full-time and part-time schedule options:
- Full-time: 36–40 hours per week.
- Part-time: 20–24 hours per week.
This is an on-site role at 14221 SW 120th Street, Suite 106, Miami, FL 33186. Applicants must live within a 30-minute commute of this location and be able to arrive reliably for their scheduled shifts. Please consider typical traffic when estimating your commute.
Pay, specific workdays and start date will be discussed during the hiring process.
Language requirements
English is required: you must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate with customers and suppliers, process orders and maintain accurate records. Spanish is preferred for customer and supplier communication.
